Voltage's own blog identifies Graham Krizek as CEO and founder of the company, and its posts describe Voltage as founded by him after work on the Lightning Network. He is also credited as the author of a number of the company's technical posts.
Voltage sells hosted Lightning infrastructure: nodes, liquidity and a payments API used by exchanges, neo-banks, payment service providers and wallets. The operating entity named in the company's terms of service is Voltage Incorporated, in Andover, Kansas, and a separate entity, Voltage Credit, LLC, holds the lending licences behind its credit product.
Two announcements under his tenure are worth recording because they mark the direction of the business. In February 2026 the company reported a $1M Lightning transaction settling in 0.47 seconds, which he presented as evidence that Lightning is not only for micropayments. In July 2026 it announced it was sunsetting its self-serve product to concentrate on enterprise customers.
Only his public professional role is recorded here.
