Nessary co-founded Built With Bitcoin in 2017 with Ray Youssef, then chief executive of the exchange Paxful, who had approached him about directing a bitcoin donation toward community work. Paxful's own account describes the result as a non-profit that would build schools, water wells and sustainable gardens in emerging communities.
Bitcoin Magazine's reporting on the opening of the organisation's technology and education centre in Ejisu, Ghana in December 2022 names him among the founders, alongside projects including a ferry for a school in El Salvador that previously had no access, a well serving over a thousand villagers in Nigeria, and an education centre built with Bitcoin Ekasi in South Africa.
No public statement about the organisation has been published since 2023 and its website is gone, so nothing here describes his current work.
