Gemini's regulated entity, Gemini Trust Company, LLC, is licensed and supervised by the New York State Department of Financial Services, and the company built its business around operating inside that supervision rather than outside it. Gemini Space Station, Inc. priced its offering at $28 a share on 11 September 2025 and its Class A stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market the following day under the ticker GEMI.
