The Digital Chamber's team page lists Carbone as Chief Executive Officer, at the head of a staff that includes executive directors for federal and for state and regional affairs and vice presidents for policy, member engagement and marketing. His stated position on the same page is that the association exists to be the voice of its members in Washington, which is an unusually direct description of what a 501(c)(6) business league is for.
In that role he has testified before the Senate Banking Committee, and the organisation under his leadership has continued the work its published record describes: comment letters, legislative tracking, litigation against a state crypto tax, and campaigning for the market structure legislation known as the Clarity Act. He represents member companies across digital assets generally, not Bitcoin specifically.
